Well, we are almost at the end of August and the Deep State (DS) is still "at it". According to Kim on UNN, the DS is tried to resurrect an old Chinese lady who is in stasis, so that here body can be possessed by a demonic entity that they are called the Kalki to come back and re install their timeline matrix overlay, including the Omega system, so they can regain power. Of course this failed, and so did their plan for CBDC. For example, there were no announcements after the very recent BRICs meeting about CBDC - Brics currency.
Instead a huge event has happened, which Kim calls the Quantum flip. This occurred when the timeline Governor was removed. This Governor program was meant to keep the balance between the Light and Dark systems (the Alpha Omega balance), but it had been hacked in favour of the Dark. With the Omega system replaced by Alpha, we now have a pure light system.
We have been "time slipping" to finally get to the Full timeline. The key section in the 23rd August 2023 report is at 1hr 7min into the report. Kim explains that the time cycle false time overlays - the 4 Yugas with the 9 members of the Council of Nine making 36 possible timelines, have all been deleted leaving just One reality. This has never happened before in the 5th density and below. So no-one is sure what will happen.
However, in the next report (25th August), disappointingly nothing came of the meeting on the 24th August. Time is running out, along with the money needed by the US and other governments to operate. Soon we know whether the information from Kim is real or is it another story that is part of the huge amount of mis-information that is flowing through both main stream and alternative media.

My take is that we are now in the timeline spilt (this is much earlier than the 2028 prediction I made my books) and have made timeline 1.
2. The Kalki Avatar is part of the Indian system of a "saviour" that comes at the end of time to re install the next cycle of Yugas. This is similar to the Lord of Time of Kalachakra. I had previously believed that the arrival of Kalki would be for the light, but it turns out this was incorrect.
