Spirituality has very little to do with religion. That is, it is not a belief system but rather a recognition that we are Spirit – having a Human experience. 

Members are invited to ask questions and contribute to the discussion as well as do their own research. Each session is based around a topic, but wide-ranging discussions can take place on many issues of a free-thinking nature.
