Set in the beautiful park - Parc de Catalunya (this is the Catalan spelling) is the Catalan Parliament building:
I walk through the park most days on my way to La Ribera and the city centre. Today I had lunch in the park opposite the Catalan parliament building. After lunch I made the call for Divine Governance - including the break up of the centralised power blocs, so that we are all set free of the domination and control agenda and can run our affairs locally. There is a strong separatist movement for Catalan to break free from Madrid control.
In the UK, when the Scots break free from London control, next will be the Welsh, then perhaps Cornwall, Northern Ireland and even Yorkshire. That is the "dream".
