The intention made during the Guardian Mission to London was:
Sovereignty, Synarchy and Freedom.
Here is my inner standing of these three:
Sovereignty
All the freeman of the United kingdom are sovereign and can carry on their business without let or hindrance according to Common Law, specifically from the rights given to each one of us by the Magna Carta.
Synarchy
Harmonious rule. To see how synarchy works you really need to be in a natural environment, particularly a forest as there is much to learn from trees.
Freedom
Freedom is a much over used word. It means for me to be free to carry out the will of the Creator, i.e. your unique mission, as long as you cause no harm to others. The injunction is "Be Harmless". So your freedoms are limited under Common Law.
At a galactic level, these 3 principles of a fair and just society can be encapsulated in the Emerald Covenant i.e. the peaceful co-evolution of different species in accordance with the Law of One.
