The Butterfly Dream

In the ancient mists of Chinese philosophy, Zhuangzi's butterfly dream remains one of the most profound metaphors for the nature of reality. He dreamt he was a butterfly, fluttering freely, unaware of his human identity. Upon waking, he was struck by a paradox: was he Zhuangzi who had dreamt he was a butterfly, or a butterfly now dreaming he was Zhuangzi? This riddle invites us to question the boundaries between waking life and the dream world, and to ask—what is truly real?

Mari, on the Swaruu Official channel, expands this inquiry into cosmic dimensions. She speaks of the Urmah—Lyran cat people—who are masters of the astral realms. For them, and for those who spend extended time lucid in dreams, our waking reality feels like a dream. The astral becomes our reality, and the physical world an illusion, a hologram, a virtual reality.

I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of a Phi Ray device, said to dramatically enhance bliss and lucidity. This ties into my upcoming talk for the U3A Cosmic Consciousness series, where I will explore the science of bliss. Central to this is Dan Winter's equation: Planck length multiplied by Phi raised to the nth power—a formula that may hold the key to understanding cosmic consciousness and multidimensional awareness.

A recent GFL transmissions during the September eclipse season—lunar on the 7th, solar on the 21st, and the autumn equinox on the 22nd/23rd—suggest we are undergoing a profound transformation. We are becoming multidimensional beings, capable of healing not only our own lifetimes but those of our ancestors. This is the alchemy of cosmic consciousness.

One of my favourite pieces of artwork is "The Butterfly Man" by Patrick Gamble. It captures the essence of human transformation—the wizard alchemy that lifts us from earthbound larva to sky-bound butterfly. It is a visual hymn to the soul's journey, echoing Zhuangzi's timeless dream.

In this dance between dimensions, dreams, and realities, we find ourselves on the edge of awakening. Perhaps, like Zhuangzi, we are all butterflies dreaming of being human—or humans dreaming of becoming butterflies.
