I was gifted a replica of a Celtic cross.
On the back of the cross, there is the following explanation:
Gallen Priory Cross - Humankind wrestles with the energy of the unconscious while standing on reason.
at centre a sun spiral - celtic symbol of life source
uncoiling serpents - our unconscious dreams, archetypes & instincts
4 heads - Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel man & woman, good & evil, reason and imagination etc opposites giving energy, & opening us to change & so to transformation?
linear pattern at base - logos, words, reason
circular spiral joining the heads - harmony & love
