Planetary City of Light Activation
The Planetary City of Light for York was activated on 17th January 2021 by Juliano and the Arcturians via David Miller - and the Great White Brotherhood and Sisterhood.

York anchor point
The anchor point for the PCOL in York was activated during February 2020.
The team came together from London, Harrogate and York on Friday. We activated the crystals during a ceremony on Friday evening.
On Sunday morning we met up at Bettys cafe for a planning meeting over breakfast. The weather was horrendous - very windy with rain storms coming through every few minutes.
When we got to the gardens, they were closed (due to severe weather) - so we had a major "course re direct" and initiated the activation of the PCOL anchor point at Deans gardens next to the York Minster. A video of the team, crystals and deans gardens is shown below.

During the weeks following the activation ceremony, the crystals for the anchor point were placed in the Museum gardens in a medicine wheel pattern with the centre next to the Observatory located at 18 in the diagram opposite
