While in Barcelona, preparing for the pilgrimage to Montserrat, I spent a Sunday afternoon walking down the old streets of Barcelona tracing out my roman past and perhaps even a mediaeval one?
The pointers I used were from a map of Barcelona showing the roman remains and romanesque places (MUHBA Romanesque 11th-13th C/BCN Urban history guide). The two places that I picked up on were:
Old templar temple
4 Carrer Ataulf
All I found was an old door. My guess is that the temple has been built over
Roman paintings
Carrer Basea
Again, the original building had disappeared. My guess is that the romanesque paintings were removed and put in the MUHBA museum, before the new development was built.
But the original building is not important, I had the sense that I once lived here and frequent the many bars and shops in the old part of Barcelona - perhaps on a posting in the roman army.
So I called in the healing angels to clear any negative karma that I may have (almost certainly) created from this lifetime.
