Last day in Inverness

Updated: Sep 17, 2021

We managed to pack in a lot on the last day:

1 Culloden

We first visited the battlefield of Culloden. It was very busy (and expensive). We made a prayer to release the karma from this massacre of the Scottish clans and its aftermath.

2 Clava Cairns

Apparently, these stones have only recently become famous - mainly due to the TV series, Outlander. The energy of the location was so peaceful and tranquil, that it was very easy to enter a deep meditation.

3 Cawdor Castle

On our way to Findhorn we called in at Cawdor castle, made famous in the play Macbeth. Again the price to enter was extortionate, so we headed on to Findhorn.

4 Findhorn

Findhorn was surprisingly busy, with the many community activities. There was also plans for more plots as the community is expanding.

5 Celebration meal back in Inverness

We managed to get back in time to get ready for our celebration meal in Inverness. It was very busy for a Wednesday, but we managed to find a table at a Turkish restaurant - Aspendos.
