The Ultimate Challenge to is play the Root challenge (on normal level) with one map - Autumn, Mountain or Lake and win three consecutive days in a row.​ Normal level; is explained on the Home page:

AI set to hard. With this setting, there are various scenarios which are almost unwinnable - so on normal level you can resign if the following arises:

• Beavers (on AI Hard setting, there will be hardly any buyers for the Riverfolk cards)

• Cats with no Vagabond to clear out the ruins

• Lizards with Alliance (the Alliance AI player on hard will set up in Lizard areas and blow them up with Revolt)

• Alliance with Lizards (as the Lizards will blow up the Alliance bases if it can, which makes it almost impossible to win with Alliance)

• Second vagabond with first being Tinker and your Vagabond plays directly after the first Vagabond (so very unlikely to get crafted items from other AI players)
