In an earlier blog post the Emerald Covenant was mentioned.
According to Ashayana Deane (Speaker One) it was the very first agreement that was built into the base code of the Time Matrix that we are located in. This is explained in the Fall of Metatron.
However, it was "amended" by those beings that wanted authoritarian control. They created this false matrix with a false Emerald Covenant. This is explained by Kim in her interview with George Iceman on the Reveal report (Part 2). This report appears to be only on United Network TV which is a subscription site which is no longer part of United Network due to the "defection" of Lisa Thomas.
As explained by Ashayana Deane the Emerald Covenant is basically the peaceful evolution of species under the Law of One.
The way to see the Emerald Covenant in operation, my suggestion is head to an old organic forest and feel the way life, the trees, plants, animals work together to create a harmonious and balanced system for the natural growth of all species in the forest.
