What to Expect
Each session begins with a short presentation on meditation techniques and related topics such as:

Following an engaging group discussion, we’ll pause for a tea break before moving into a guided meditation inspired by various spiritual teachings. We then close with a sharing session for reflections and insights.
Who Can Join?
Everyone is welcome, whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner. Come and explore different ways to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and well-being in a supportive community.

A key element of each meeting is our guided group meditation. This sacred practice is designed to help us raise our vibrational frequency, fostering personal growth, collective harmony, and resilience during these transformative times. These meditations are not only a moment of inner peace but also a powerful tool for aligning with the higher consciousness that is emerging on a global scale.
