Forest walk - 18th May

Today’s walk through the forest was a gentle return to presence. With each step along the shaded path, we breathed in the crisp, life-filled air, letting the stillness of the trees guide us inward. The rhododendrons were in full bloom – bursts of vibrant colour lighting up the green, like nature’s own mandalas.

Midway, we paused at the café for a well-earned coffee and the most incredible fat rascal scone – warm, rich, and filled with just the right amount of indulgence. A simple joy, shared in good company.
We ended the journey with a quiet meditation beneath the trees, the forest itself becoming our teacher. Surrounded by birdsong and the whisper of leaves, we returned to ourselves – grounded, grateful, and renewed.

Until next time, keep walking gently.
